ПРОТОКОЛ ЗА ПРЕДЯВЯВАНЕ НА РЕКЛАМАЦИЯ

All products sold by BNGroup Ltd. are brand new, unpacked and with written warranty cards.

 

Acceptance of goods means acceptance of supplier's  warranty conditions.

Warranty comes into effect from the moment of sale.

Claims are made after the goods are sent back to us with a completed warranty card.

Please, note that we are not able to accept claims by descriptions on the phone or without the product being disassembled and returned to us!

If after the tests that are applied on a returned product it is proved that this same product is defective  we can repair the product in short time or replace it or return the money back to the customer if none of the previous actions are applicable.

When a customer makes a claim he must also send a copy of purchase document to us to prove his pretense and it's amount.

When purchase has been made through our dealer or customer, then claims should be made to the above.

If made to BNGroup Ltd. directly we can only be responsible up to the amount paid to us by our customer.

This warranty does not cover or apply to:

  • ·         damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling and abuse;
  • ·         products are not used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or recommendations;
  • ·         normal usage and wear of the product;
  • ·         damage that occurred during shipping;
  • ·         product not assembled correctly.

In order to become valid, a copy of the warranty card should be completed and sent back to us by e-mail to: garancia@bngroup.eu not later than 72 hours from assembly and not later than 7 days from the date of purchase.
